Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included.

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Elite Luxury Closet within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
